Who I am
I'm a freelance PM with 5+ years in B2B fintech, working at the intersection of data, AI and product delivery. I've worked across neobanks, spend management platforms and payment infrastructure — always embedded within engineering teams, always focused on shipping things that matter.
Trained in the Théodo / Shape Up methodology, I work in short cycles with sharp bets and no infinite backlog. My edge is translating complex data and AI challenges into clear product decisions — and making sure they actually reach production.

How I work
I work lean. Short sprints, small tickets, fast delivery — and continuous improvement at every cycle. No big bang releases, no month-long specs. We ship, we measure, we iterate.
Short sprints
We break work into small, shippable increments. Each sprint has a clear goal, a defined scope, and a real deliverable at the end.
Root cause first
Before writing a ticket, I dig for the real problem. Most delays are caused by solving the wrong thing — or solving the right thing too late.
Tech–business bridge
I speak both languages fluently. I write specs that engineers respect and dashboards that business teams actually use.
